Long Beach & Maloneys Beach – Gentle waves and often not very crowded.

South Durras, North Durras & Depot Beach very popular surf beach with board riders.

Batemans Bay Fishing

Batemans Bay is a popular fishing destination offering a wide range of fishing options. From fishing off the banks to estuary fishing and big game fishing Batemans Bay and the south coast of NSW has it all!

Upstream from the town of Batemans Bay you’ll find bream, flathead and mulloway. From the bridge to the sea you’ll catch whiting, flathead and flounder as well as bream near the rock walls. At sea you’ll discover snapper, tailor, kingfish and salmon as well as tuna and marlin.

Mogo Zoo

Located in the historic gold mining town of Mogo 10km south of Batemans Bay, Mogo Zoo is a privately owned zoo providing world standard facilities for over 100 animals.

Mogo Zoo have the only white lions in Australia. A must see on anyone's visit.

Mogo Zoo is open from 9am to 5pm 7 days a week, except Christmas Day. Keeper talks and feeding sessions commence at 10.30 am and 1.30 pm each day.
