Terms and Conditions

Tariff quoted is for 2 adults.
A refundable key deposit is required on check in.
All bookings require an initial 50% deposit.
For low & mid season balance is due on arrival.
For Christmas & January Holidays, balance due by 1st December.
For Easter, balance due two weeks prior.
A daily service package can be arranged at a fee, please book if you wish to have this service.
All cabins are non-smoking.
Definitely no pets allowed in hire units.
For camping during low season only, pets are permitted only at the managers discretion. No large dogs or known aggressive breeds of dogs will be allowed. All pets must be on a lead at all times and must not be left unattended. A pet fee of $2 per pet per day will apply.
Tariff is subject to change without notice.
Check in time is 2pm check out time is 10am.
Late checkouts can be provided at a fee.
All guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their visitors whilst in the Park.
No cleaning charge is made for hire units provided they are left in a reasonable condition.
Children are not permitted to play in or around amenity blocks, the laundry or on another persons’ site.
All children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult when using the amenities.
All children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult when using the pool.
Fires are not to be lit.
Noise restrictions apply after 10.30pm.
Anti social behaviour is not acceptable.
The caravan park is exempt from all loss and liabilities however incurred.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds are given for cancellations except in the following circumstances:

  • For Christmas & January Holidays, no refunds are given for cancellations made after 1st November. For booking cancellations made prior to 1st November a refund less an administration fee of $20 will be given.
  • For Easter no refunds are given for cancellations made after 1st February. For booking cancellations made prior to 1st February a refund less an administration fee of $20 will be given.
  • For Low Season Cabin accommodation and Low Season Camping no refunds are given for cancellations made within two weeks of booking arrival date. For booking cancellations made prior to your two week booking arrival date a refund less an administration fee of $20 will be given.

No refunds are issued for early departures.
No refunds are issued due to weather or the personal issues of guests.
No refunds are issued due to offensive behaviour resulting in guests required to leave the premises.
